- Fruit of Choice1 CupsChoose the fruit you like most! Pineapple, blueberries, mango, papaya, apple, lemon. Or, pick a couple that you like!
- Banana1/2 Cups
- Almond Milk1/4 Cups
- Dates, pitted1/4 CupsOptional* To sweeten
1. In a blender, place fruit of choice with banana, almond milk, and dates.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Place in popsicle containers or small cups with cling wrap to hold the wooden paddle in place.
4. Add chunks of fruit. Optional*
5. Freeze overnight
