- Quinoa1/2 CupsCook 1/4 cup quinoa in 1/2 cup water for about 15 minutes or until soft.
- Kale1 1/2 Cups
- Cauliflower1 Cups
- Sriracha1 TeaspoonsAdd as desired
- Liquid Aminos1 Tablespoons
- Kelp Powder (Optional)1/2 Teaspoons
In a large pan, sauté cauliflower for about 10 minutes. When cauliflower is almost soft, add kale. Cook for about 3 minutes and add sriracha, liquid aminos, and kelp powder. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve with quinoa.
